The room we got was decent. Clean and tidy with a comfy bed. The bathroom wasn't bad, could’ve used some work but I've seen WAY worse, believe me. The staff were friendly enough, which helped, even if one guy looked like he’d rather be anywhere else. Not to forget, easy access to transport which wasn't so bad. I felt relieved walking around the area, it’s quite safe really, and plenty of restaurants nearby for decent meals. It had this old-school vibe mixed with a modern touch, and surprisingly, it’s in a great location.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still passable for what you get in this city.

the location of ascot hyde park is perfect, just opposite paddington station. my room was tidy, though small, and the staff tried to help when the elevator was out of order. the easy access to transport made my stay more convenient.

The proximity to Paddington Station was fantastic, allowing us to explore London easily. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. we found dirty spots in common areas and our room felt unkempt. I'd suggest addressing the housekeeping issues to enhance guest experience.
